NOTICE: ELECTION OF MANAGING COMMITTEE – PRERANA CGHS LTD.

As decided in the Annual General Body Meeting (AGM/GBM) of Prerana CGHS Ltd., held on 18 Oct 2026, the process for conducting elections to the Managing Committee has been initiated.

In pursuance of the decision, Shri Sudhir Kumar Agrawal has been appointed as the Returning Officer by the Managing Committee to conduct the election process.

The Returning Officer has accordingly issued the Election Agenda Notice dated 07 November 2026, announcing the proposed election programme as follows:

• Date of Election Meeting: 20 December 2026 (Sunday)

• Meeting Time: 9:30 AM

• Venue: Society Premises

• Posts: President (1), Vice-President (1) and Managing Committee Members (5).

The notice also provides details regarding nomination forms, submission and scrutiny of nominations, withdrawal, polling, counting and declaration of results.
